1. General Policy

Thank you for purchasing CoinX. We are committed to providing a transparent policy regarding payments and refunds.

Our primary policy is that, due to the instant delivery and immediate usability of CoinX, purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable. When you purchase CoinX, you are buying a license to use this virtual credit within our platform. This policy does not, however, affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under Malaysian consumer protection laws.

2. Nature of the Product

CoinX is a digital product delivered instantly for immediate use. Because it can be used right away, we generally cannot offer refunds once a purchase is successfully completed. This policy is in place to protect against fraud and the potential abuse of our system.

3. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. We will consider a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions only:

  • Billing Error: If you have been charged an incorrect amount due to a technical billing error on our part.
  • Technical Failure: If you successfully made a payment, but the corresponding CoinX were not credited to your account due to a verifiable system failure.
  • Major Service Failure: In the event of a verifiable, prolonged, and critical failure of our platform that renders your purchased CoinX completely unusable for its intended purpose.

Refunds will not be issued for partially used CoinX packages or for reasons of subjective dissatisfaction with the service, provided the service is functioning as described.

4. How to Request a Review for an Exception

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under one of the exceptions listed above, you must contact our support team within fourteen (14) working days of the transaction date.

To request a review, please provide the following information:

  • Your registered email address and username.
  • The date and time of the transaction.
  • Any relevant supporting documents that can help us verify the issue (e.g., a screenshot of your payment confirmation or receipt).
  • A detailed description of the issue.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your request, our team will investigate the claim. This process may take up to ten (10) working days. We will conduct a review based on our records to verify the issue.

If your claim is validated, we will, at our sole discretion, either:

  • Correct the error by crediting the appropriate amount of CoinX to your account; or
  • Issue a full or partial refund via bank transfer. You will be required to provide your bank account details for the transfer.

6. No Cash Value or Transferability

CoinX virtual points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. They are non-transferable and cannot be sold or moved between user accounts.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on our Service and updating the "Effective Date". Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
