Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the CoinX application and its associated website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
Description of Service
CoinX ("we", "us", "our") provides a virtual points interaction platform that allows users to earn virtual points ("Points") through activities with participating third-party merchants ("Merchants"). These Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or other benefits offered by Merchants through the Service.
Important: The Points are not a form of cryptocurrency, e-wallet, or any real currency. They are for interactive and reward purposes only. Points have no cash value, cannot be purchased, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable between users.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.
You must not use the Service to engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, manipulating the points system, or attempting to earn Points through illegitimate means.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms.
Accuracy of Information & Merchant Offers
While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed on the Service, including offers, rewards, or descriptions provided by Merchants.
All rewards and offers are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective Merchants. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a Merchant. Any disputes regarding a Merchant's products, services, or fulfillment of a reward must be resolved directly with the Merchant.
Disclaimer of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CoinX shall not be liable for any losses or damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any issues arising from the redemption of Points, the quality of goods or services provided by Merchants, or any failure or malfunction of the Service.
You acknowledge that the availability and value of Points and rewards can change at any time without notice. We provide no guarantee as to the continuous availability of any specific reward.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to FindTeam Technology and is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws in Malaysia and internationally. The "CoinX" name and logo are trademarks of FindTeam Technology.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any Content from this Service without the prior written consent of FindTeam Technology. Trademarks and logos of third-party Merchants belong to their respective owners.
Data Usage and Privacy
By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree to our collection, use, and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We collect and process data to operate the Service, facilitate your interactions with Merchants, and improve your user experience. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Service provides a platform to connect with third-party Merchants. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Your interactions with Merchants found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such Merchants.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindTeam Technology and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FindTeam Technology regarding your use of the Service.
